Here are a few sneak peek preview shots from recent Sports Illustrated Swim 2011 shoots on faraway island locations.

Palm trees, volcanic rock, tropical settings–looking very paradisical; perfect for beachgirls in teeny bikinis.

Kikidoll could not help but notice her own coral halter bikini as worn here by Julie Henderson lounging on a palm tree trunk.

Posing behind two lucky starfish is a sea nymph known only as Rookie #5. Wearing Kikidoll’s seafoam aqua coral print string bikini (bottoms, that is!) adorned with sea pearls, crystals and angleskin coral branches, SI snapped this mergirl today.

Watch this space for future peeks–Sports Illustrated Swim issue is on stands in February 2011. Kikidoll is in line!

Me encanta Surfing Magazine‘s latest preview video of girls acting cute and stuff in the edgiest, rocking-est swimwear for 2010.

Newcomers Mikoh Swimwear and Kikidoll are in good company with more established bikini lines like L*Space, B Swim and Insight.

With its saucy paso doble music background by Joe Arroyo, clips of Spanish fort ruins in Old San Juan, and luscious lovelies sipping Cuba Libres, the national drink of Puerto Rico, we can overlook the intermittent rain in the shoot. After all, swimwear is meant to get wet, claro?
